Now that you have that song playing in your head as I have for the last several months as I have been working with these fabrics, let me introduce you to my new collection, Sunnyside Up.

Moody Bloom by Laura Muir of Create Joy Project evokes a feeling of wild abandon in its brightly colored blossoms, lush watercolor washes and textural brushstrokes.

Detectable in sheltered spots hidden in the woods are the dark green, heart-shaped leaves of sweet violets. The scent is fragrant, and has long been prized for it has soft, powdery sweetness. In poems and love songs, violets have come to symbolize everlasting love, faith and innocence.

This green, not so jolly guy needs no introduction. Based on the children’s story, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” by Dr. Seuss is a beloved classic.
You'll discover florals, petals and leaves in muted tones with unexpected pops of colors woven into the group. Like the hymns, I hope the pieces created from Songbook are passed on for generations to come.
