If so, then you will want to get aboard the SewEndipitous Party Bus to the 2025 Asheville Quilt Show.

Retreat Fee: $99.00 (Quilt Show Entry Fee Included))
Important: All attendees are respectfully asked to refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions/oils due to KNOWN allergy and olfactory sensitivities of some of our attendees.
Itinerary: (Full details will be emailed once you have registered as a reminder a week before our departure.)
6:50 am - Arrive at Olde Town Rock Hill for Check-In (specific address will be sent in your reminder email 1 week before)
7:20 am - CHECK IN to be completed - no late arrivals will be accepted.
7:30 am - The Party Bus will depart ON TIME!
9:30 am - Arrive at Asheville Quilt Show - 765 Boylston Highway, Fletcher, NC 28732 (3 hr and 25 mins on the show floor)
12:55 pm - Check In at the Bus for departure.
1:10 pm - We WILL Depart ON TIME.
1:30 pm - Arrive in Downtown Hendersonville for Lunch (1 hr 15 mins)
Everyone will be on their own for lunch and will be responsible for being back on the bus and ready to leave at 2:45pm.
There will be several restaurants within in walking distance of the drop point. Here is the list of restaurants so you can create your game plan with your Quilty friends.
Since there are numerous options available, no restaurant should be taxed with 56 people all at once. The restaurants have been given a heads-up that the bus will be there during this timeframe so they can staff appropriately.

2:45 pm - Depart from Hendersonville
4:30-5:00 pm - Arrive at Olde Town Rock Hill
Please Note:
- During some of our travel time we will have games for giveaways. Who doesn't love a good giveaway?
- You will also, receive a Tote bag that you can take in the show with you in case you find any goodies you can't live without.
- Once, we arrive at the quilt show and pass admissions (your Entry Ticket is included with your Party Bus registration) we will go as a group to the MODA booth as our very own MODA TRACY will be there with a gift for each of you. We will take a group photo - then you all will have free time to look and enjoy all of the wonderful craftsmanship.
- During our time at the Quilt Show - you will have an opportunity to
attend demos if you desire.

- Additionally, all attendees must be 18 years or older to register.
- If the morning of you are feeling sick, please be respectful of others and remain at home and please take care of yourself.
Tour, Trips, Retreats, Classes and Events are Non-Refundable Unless:
- You are able to find another person to take your spot.
- You cancel 30 days prior to the Class/Event.
- The instructor cancels.
- No exceptions.
