Class Description:
Join me in the adventure that is Stack and Whack hexagons! We will experience the surprise of creating 60-degree triangles where the center points match. This class concentrates on building the blocks that make up the 60-degree triangle Magic Quilt.
Supplies Required:
Magic Stack-n-Whack Quilts – Available in the Shop.
6 repeats of the fabric of your choice (this is determined by the number of inches in the repeat) Come in the shop prior to class if you need help selecting a good fabric to get the most out of this technique.
GENERAL SEWING SUPPLIES Sewing Machine in good working condition (with the manual and accessories) Pins Spare Needles and bobbins Scissors Thread and full bobbin (neutral, light gray) Seam ripper Rotary cutter Cutting mat Standard ruler (6 ½ ” x 24” or similar) Pressing mat Portable iron Fabric Marking Pen
